Shipping policy

Order Confirmation
When an order is placed, we will not immediately charge your payment. We will contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. If there is any delay, such as an item on backorder, we will void the authorisation of the payment and contact to let you know.

Order Delivery
Once the order is successfully placed and checked for any stock issues, your card will be charged and dispatch will take place within 5 working days.

Delivery times
Delivery times can vary dependent on the product.
Please check individual product pages for accurate estimated shipping times.

Damages
Please check your item at the point of delivery. We advise not to accept delivery of damaged items. If your item is found to be damaged please send clear photos and describe the problem to support@romanoasis.co.uk so we can further handle the situation.

Cancellations and refunds
Orders cancelled 12 hours after placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with the return costs. Refunds may only be issues to the same payment method used to place the order.
