From our first enquiry to its first use we have had no problems, easy to order, customer service is fantastic, delivery was quick and efficient. We have hesitated for a long time as only have a very small garden but so glad we went for it. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about one. Ours is the oval woodfired 2 person hot tub, with 1 light and standard bubbles which is just perfect. Insulated lid keeps hot tub warm and just needs a quick wee fire to top up the heat. Wooden steps finish off the look. Put our parasol over the hot tub and sat out in the rain tonight!!! So happy with our purchase, thanks to all at Roman Oasis.

From the enquiry stage, the staff provided helpful information via WhatsApp. Although there was a slight delay in production, they kept us updated throughout the process. Delivery was initially unsuccessful due to a courier issue, but the company was accommodating and worked with us to arrange a smooth delivery. There were also some minor defects on arrival, and while these shouldn't have been present, the company responded appropriately and took steps to rectify them.

The Ella Cube Sauna itself is very good and performs as expected. Reaches temps of 70-90 in less than 15 minutes and reaches 100+.

Overall, while there were a few issues along the way that affected the experience, the company was responsive and willing to resolve problems when they arose.

I received my Baltresto wood fired hot tub well within the time stated and was kept up date with progress throughout the build process. I ordered the flat pack self build tub as access to my garden is limited. The tub and heater were delivered right to my drive way and everything was packed and protected extremely professionally. It was easy remove the stainless steel hex screws from the pallet and protection and move the components parts to my garden. The tub was pretty easy straightforward to assemble with very clear instructions, the last piece was a bit tricky but went in with a little help holding the slats in that need to be moved out to get a really tight fit. The heater and chimney fitted easily and heated the tub up nicely after about 1.5 hours. Well recommended.

I purchased the Baltresto hot tub a few weeks ago. I had to go for the kit form of hot tub, as I have limited space to get anything into my garden. It arrived on time and packed really well. Assembly was very straight forward and easy. I opened for a few extras which took a little thinking about, but we're also straight forward to fit. As expected there were leaks when filling it up for the first time, but once the wood was wet and had expanded, the leaks all closed up. The wood fire heating system was quicker than I expected it to be and works exceptionally well - can't wait for the winter now). I have had plenty on nice times in it in the last few weeks , enjoying the late summer evenings and the crystal clear nights with a glass of wine. Exceptionally pleased with the idea and the outcome, I am sure it's going to be a lot of fun.

first off can I just say the customer service was amazing kept up to date with messages to let me know how everything was going up until the shipping date. packaged and wrapped amazingly. Easy to place with 2 people by hand once unwrapped, takes a little to get the fire attached but easy enough. excellently made and looks the business. very comfy to sit in and the fact its a woodburner makes it all the better. Can't say enough about Roman Oasis and their product absolutely brillaint.

The perfect alternative to other hot tubs! We purchased the Oslo after researching more cost effective options online. It’s great! Gets toasty hot without too much waiting, great bubbles and LED lights. We use it so often and are such a fan. Service from Roman Oasis was amazing and such quick delivery!

Broken part was delivered within days

As I'm getting older, I decided to invest more in my health. After seeing podcasts on cold plunge benefits and from personal research, I had to get the real thing. Addicted. I have had the chillax tub for just over 3 weeks now, and if I don't get in first thing in the morning ,my day feels slugish...
