The SY-10-HC chiller is the ultimate solution for maintaining precise water temperatures in cold plunge tubs, delivering both powerful cooling and heating performance. With a cooling capacity of 2450 W and heating power of 3800 W, it efficiently adjusts water temperatures between 3–42°C, making it perfect for ice bath recovery and warm water therapy.

This unit features a built-in self-priming pump, ozone disinfection system, and external water filter, ensuring clean, hygienic water. The smart system includes WiFi connectivity for easy remote control via iOS and Android apps, and offers automatic start-stop temperature regulation.

Warranty Coverage

• Private Use: 2-year factory warranty
• Commercial Use: 6-month warranty (when used as per manufacturer guidelines)
  Warranty begins on the date of delivery.

Conditions
Covers defects in materials and workmanship. Applies only when installation and use follow the provided guidelines. For self-assembled kits, warranty applies to parts only - not the final assembled unit.

Installation Requirements
Must be installed within two weeks of delivery to remain under warranty.

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Natural wood characteristics like cracks, shrinkage, or discoloration

Receiving Your Hot Tub
Inspect for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
If damage is found:

• Note it on the delivery document
• Take photos
• Report it within 7 days

Warranty Claims
If valid, we will:

• Repair or supply replacement parts
• Replace the unit if necessary
• Refund the purchase if other solutions aren’t viable

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. Once production starts, cancellations or refunds are not possible due to the custom-made nature of the Hot Tub.
