To help you plan ahead, here's a complete, step-by-step guide to what happens from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door.

Step 1: Choose Your Customisations

Every bespoke sauna and hot tub starts with your choices. Depending on your model, you'll typically select:

Step 2: Placing Your Order and Entering Production

After your order is placed, it usually takes 1–3 days to enter production.

Step 3: Preparing Your Space

While your sauna or hot tub is being built, this is the perfect time to start preparing the area where it will go. Getting your space ready in advance helps avoid delays once your delivery date is confirmed.

• Deciding on the exact position in your garden or outdoor space
• Making sure there's suitable access for delivery
• Preparing a solid, level base for your sauna or hot tub to sit on

Step 4: Dispatch and Delivery Timescales

Once your custom build is complete and your base is ready, we'll book your sauna or hot tub in for dispatch from our production warehouse.

From dispatch, delivery typically takes place within a 7–14 working day window, with most orders arriving in around 9 working days on average.

Step 5: How Your Delivery Arrives

The delivery method for your bespoke sauna or hot tub depends on its size:

• Standard orders are delivered via kerbside delivery using a tail-lift truck, which lowers your item safely to ground level at your kerbside.
• Larger orders over 2 metres in length are delivered using a 17m articulated truck. If this applies to your order, you'll need suitable unloading equipment available at your delivery address. Many customers arrange this by hiring a forklift or crane service for the day of delivery.

Step 6: Delivering Over Fences, Buildings or Obstacles

If your sauna or hot tub needs to be lifted over a fence, building, wall or other obstacle to reach its final position, we recommend hiring a crane operator to carry out the lift safely.

Please note that unloading and positioning your sauna or hot tub is the customer's responsibility. Planning this in advance, whether that's a forklift, crane, or extra hands on the day, will make delivery day far more straightforward.

Step 7: Assembly?

Once your flatpack sauna or hot tub has been delivered kerbside, the next step is assembly (assuming you didn't order pre-assembled). Most customers move the individual pieces from the kerbside to their chosen spot in the garden and begin building from there. Many choose to hire a local carpenter or handyman to carry out the build for them, ensuring everything is put together correctly and efficiently, while other customers are happy to take on the assembly themselves as a hands-on DIY project.
