The buyer is responsible for unloading the goods from the truck using a crane or forklift. Please ensure the truck can access the unloading area without any obstructions. If there are access restrictions, inform us at the time of ordering. Unloading will take place at the site boundary (usually on the pavement) or as close as possible, depending on local conditions.
Additional unloading is not required with Flat-Pack Orders that is 2M or 2.4M Long as delivery is carried out with a tail lift truck. Yet, for placement and ease of the setup, we recommend a forklift to help move the sauna.

Warranty
Warranty Coverage
- Private Use: Our saunas come with a 2-year factory warranty when purchased for residential use.
- Commercial Use: For saunas used in commercial settings, we provide a 6-month warranty, valid when used as per manufacturer guidelines.
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, provided the sauna is used correctly and in line with the provided instructions. If ordering a sauna as a kit for assembly, the warranty applies to the supplied components, not the assembled product.
Assembly & Installation Requirements:
- Barrel saunas must be assembled and installed within two weeks of delivery to remain under warranty.
Exclusions & Limitations
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation, maintenance, or storage.
- Natural wear and tear or mechanical damage.
- Incorrect handling during and after installation.
- Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Natural material characteristics (e.g., wood cracks, discoloration, shrinkage).
- Damage due to extreme weather conditions, such as hurricanes or freezing water inside the sauna.
Receiving Your Sauna – Important Steps
Upon delivery, please inspect your sauna for any transport damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found:
- Note the issue on the shipping document.
- Take photos of any visible damage.
- Report it to us within 7 days of delivery.
Warranty Claims & Resolution
If your claim is valid, we will:
- Repair the product or provide necessary repair materials.
- Replace the sauna with a new or equivalent model.
- Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible.
Buyer’s Right to Cancel an Order
You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. To do so, please inform us in writing as soon as possible.
If production has already started, cancellation is no longer possible, as our saunas are made to order. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or returns.

Does the price include a stove?
No. The sauna is supplied without a stove. Electric stoves from Harvia and Huum are available, and 20 kg of sauna stones come as a gift when you buy a sauna with a stove. Stoves are supplied uninstalled and the connection cable is not included.
Do I need a qualified electrician?
Yes. A qualified electrician is required to set up the power supply for the sauna. Call us and we can talk through what your chosen stove needs.
How is it delivered?
Assembled saunas arrive by 17 m lorry without a lift. You are responsible for unloading with a crane or forklift, and the lorry needs clear access to the unloading area. Unloading takes place at the site boundary, usually the pavement, or as close as conditions allow. Please tell us at the time of ordering if there are any access restrictions.
What warranty is included?
A 2-year factory warranty for private use, or 6 months for commercial use, starting on the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing and material defects when the sauna is used in line with the instructions. It must be installed within two weeks of delivery to remain under warranty.
What should I check when it arrives?

This is a great sauna. We specifically liked this format instead of the barrel saunas. Delivery took around 6 weeks. We built it ourselves from flat pack which was relatively easy if you’re mechanically minded. We’ve had our first of many sessions in it and it’s wonderful. We couldn't be happier with our Baltresto 2-person oval wood-fired hot tub. From the ordering process through to delivery, everything was smooth and well organised. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent, and once set up it became an instant focal point in our garden.
The wood-fired heater brings the water up to temperature surprisingly quickly and creates a lovely traditional hot tub experience. It's the perfect size for two people, making it ideal for relaxing after work or enjoying an evening outdoors. This wood-fired barrel sauna is perfection. The barrel shape heats up fast and circulates steam beautifully with no cold spots. The wood stove creates a deep, relaxing heat and amazing crackling ambience that electric models can't match. It looks stunning and smells incredible. Worth every penny! I had a fun building it with my dad and a mate. Definitely needed their help! Roman oasis was so easy to contact via WhatsApp and I asked loads of questions all the time, great service from start to finish. They even checked up on me a month or so later just to check all was okay.
From our first enquiry to its first use we have had no problems, easy to order, customer service is fantastic, delivery was quick and efficient. We have hesitated for a long time as only have a very small garden but so glad we went for it. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about one. Ours is the oval woodfired 2 person hot tub, with 1 light and standard bubbles which is just perfect. Insulated lid keeps hot tub warm and just needs a quick wee fire to top up the heat. Wooden steps finish off the look. Put our parasol over the hot tub and sat out in the rain tonight!!! So happy with our purchase, thanks to all at Roman Oasis.
From the enquiry stage, the staff provided helpful information via WhatsApp. Although there was a slight delay in production, they kept us updated throughout the process. Delivery was initially unsuccessful due to a courier issue, but the company was accommodating and worked with us to arrange a smooth delivery. There were also some minor defects on arrival, and while these shouldn't have been present, the company responded appropriately and took steps to rectify them.
The Ella Cube Sauna itself is very good and performs as expected. Reaches temps of 70-90 in less than 15 minutes and reaches 100+.
Overall, while there were a few issues along the way that affected the experience, the company was responsive and willing to resolve problems when they arose.

I received my Baltresto wood fired hot tub well within the time stated and was kept up date with progress throughout the build process. I ordered the flat pack self build tub as access to my garden is limited. The tub and heater were delivered right to my drive way and everything was packed and protected extremely professionally. It was easy remove the stainless steel hex screws from the pallet and protection and move the components parts to my garden. The tub was pretty easy straightforward to assemble with very clear instructions, the last piece was a bit tricky but went in with a little help holding the slats in that need to be moved out to get a really tight fit. The heater and chimney fitted easily and heated the tub up nicely after about 1.5 hours. Well recommended.
I purchased the Baltresto hot tub a few weeks ago. I had to go for the kit form of hot tub, as I have limited space to get anything into my garden. It arrived on time and packed really well. Assembly was very straight forward and easy. I opened for a few extras which took a little thinking about, but we're also straight forward to fit. As expected there were leaks when filling it up for the first time, but once the wood was wet and had expanded, the leaks all closed up. The wood fire heating system was quicker than I expected it to be and works exceptionally well - can't wait for the winter now). I have had plenty on nice times in it in the last few weeks , enjoying the late summer evenings and the crystal clear nights with a glass of wine. Exceptionally pleased with the idea and the outcome, I am sure it's going to be a lot of fun.
first off can I just say the customer service was amazing kept up to date with messages to let me know how everything was going up until the shipping date. packaged and wrapped amazingly. Easy to place with 2 people by hand once unwrapped, takes a little to get the fire attached but easy enough. excellently made and looks the business. very comfy to sit in and the fact its a woodburner makes it all the better. Can't say enough about Roman Oasis and their product absolutely brillaint.
The perfect alternative to other hot tubs! We purchased the Oslo after researching more cost effective options online. It’s great! Gets toasty hot without too much waiting, great bubbles and LED lights. We use it so often and are such a fan. Service from Roman Oasis was amazing and such quick delivery!
Broken part was delivered within days
As I'm getting older, I decided to invest more in my health. After seeing podcasts on cold plunge benefits and from personal research, I had to get the real thing. Addicted. I have had the chillax tub for just over 3 weeks now, and if I don't get in first thing in the morning ,my day feels slugish...
