Ergonomic Octagonal Design

Spacious 1.8m x 1.8m design seats up to 6 people comfortably, with integrated seating and 4 soft headrests. The shape is developed for optimal support across all body types.

High-Quality Materials

The fibreglass liner is made from premium European composite materials—durable, easy to clean, and resistant to weather and chemicals. The exterior is clad in 18mm thermowood, naturally treated for protection against rot, mould, and fungi.

Efficient Wood-Fired / Electric Heating

Choose from a marine aluminium or stainless steel stove for eco-friendly, natural heating.
You may also choose an electric heater, ranging from 6kW to 15kW.
Optional insulated covers and water stirring during heating can help reduce warm-up time and energy use. 

Customisable Features

Personalise your spa with a range of optional upgrades:

• Air bubble and hydro massage systems
• LED lighting
• Water filtration
• Electric heater
• Drink shelf, insulated lid, and other accessories
• Choice of fibreglass liner colours, including pearl-effect options

Low Maintenance

After use, simply drain the water and wipe down the interior surface. The fibreglass construction requires no special treatment or ongoing sealing.

Warranty Coverage

• Private Use: 2-year factory warranty
• Commercial Use: 6-month warranty (when used as per manufacturer guidelines)
  Warranty begins on the date of delivery.

Conditions
Covers defects in materials and workmanship. Applies only when installation and use follow the provided guidelines. For self-assembled kits, warranty applies to parts only - not the final assembled unit.

Installation Requirements
Must be assembled and installed within two weeks of delivery to remain under warranty.

Exclusions

• Improper installation or handling
• Natural wear and tearWeather-related damage (e.g., storms or freezing water)
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Natural wood characteristics like cracks, shrinkage, or discoloration

Receiving Your Hot Tub
Inspect for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
If damage is found:

• Note it on the delivery document
• Take photos
• Report it within 7 days

Warranty Claims
If valid, we will:

• Repair or supply replacement parts
• Replace the unit if necessary
• Refund the purchase if other solutions aren’t viable

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. Once production starts, cancellations or refunds are not possible due to the custom-made nature of the Hot Tub.
