Delivery
This sauna is made to order, with a delivery time of approximately 9–10 weeks. Each unit is handcrafted with care and precision.
Unloading Requirements:
The buyer is responsible for unloading the goods using a crane or forklift. Ensure clear access to the delivery site. Delivery is curbside or as close as local conditions allow.
For 2m or 2.4m Flat-Pack Orders, unloading is carried out with a tail lift truck. However, we recommend using a forklift for easier placement and installation.
Electrical Setup
Please note: A qualified electrician is required for installation. The sauna operates on a 3-phase electrical system.

Commercial Use: 6-month warranty (when used as per manufacturer guidelines)
Warranty begins on the date of delivery.
Conditions
Covers defects in materials and workmanship. Applies only when installation and use follow the provided guidelines. For self-assembled kits, warranty applies to parts only - not the final assembled unit.
Installation Requirements
Must be assembled and installed within two weeks of delivery to remain under warranty.
Exclusions
- Improper installation or handling
- Natural wear and tearWeather-related damage (e.g., storms or freezing water)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Natural wood characteristics like cracks, shrinkage, or discoloration
Receiving Your Sauna
Inspect for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
If damage is found:
- Note it on the delivery document
- Take photos
- Report it within 7 days
Warranty Claims
If valid, we will:
- Repair or supply replacement parts
- Replace the unit if necessary
- Refund the purchase if other solutions aren’t viable
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. Once production starts, cancellations or refunds are not possible due to the custom-made nature of the sauna.
