Delivery

This product is delivered fully assembled on a pallet. Due to its size and weight, please ensure appropriate access for unloading. Placement requires a solid, level surface.

All Roman Oasis hot tubs come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural and component defects.

Warranty Coverage

• Private Use: 2-year factory warranty
• Commercial Use: 6-month warranty (when used as per manufacturer guidelines)

Conditions
Covers defects in materials and workmanship. Applies only when installation and use follow the provided guidelines. For self-assembled kits, warranty applies to parts only - not the final assembled unit.

Installation Requirements
Must be assembled and installed within two weeks of delivery to remain under warranty.

• Natural wear and tearWeather-related damage (e.g., storms or freezing water)
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Natural wood characteristics like cracks, shrinkage, or discoloration

Receiving Your Hot Tub
Inspect for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
If damage is found:

• Note it on the delivery document
• Take photos
• Report it within 7 days

Warranty Claims
If valid, we will:

• Repair or supply replacement parts
• Replace the unit if necessary
• Refund the purchase if other solutions aren’t viable

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. Once production starts, cancellations or refunds are not possible due to the custom-made nature of the Hot Tub.
