When returning, please carefully pack the product into its original packaging, while including accessories and attach the return label clearly to the outside of the box
We handle the collection of the order via arranging a pickup from your location or directing you to a nearby carrier collection point (if possible).
No costs will be associated with cancellations of returns for jaquar products. Therefore, free for you.
During the 7 day return period, which begins on the day you receive the product, you have the right to return at no additional costs.
Yet, if you deny/reject the product before delivery, exceptional deductions will be made from the refund to cover shipping and return costs
Warranty
Jaquar offers a 5-Year Warranty on all saunas, providing protection against manufacturing defects and covering repair costs for technical issues during the warranty period.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or negligence. Incidents such as spills, scratches, impacts, or other forms of improper handling will void the coverage.
