Delivery
This sauna is made to order with an estimated delivery time of 7-8 weeks.
All Orders (Flat-Pack or Assembled): Delivered via 17m lorry without a tail-lift truck.
Note: The customer is responsible for unloading. A crane or forklift is required at the delivery site. Please ensure unrestricted access for the delivery vehicle.
Electrical Setup
For saunas with electric heaters, a 3-phase electrical connection is required. A qualified electrician must complete the installation.

Private Use: 2-year factory warranty

Commercial Use: 6-month warranty (valid when used as per manufacturer instructions)
Warranty starts from the date of delivery.
Conditions & Requirements
- Applies to materials and manufacturing defects
- Self-assembly must follow the provided instructions
- Sauna must be installed within 2 weeks of delivery to keep the warranty valid
Exclusions
- Improper installation or storage
- Natural wear, weather damage, or wood characteristics (cracks, shrinkage)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Delivery Checklist
Inspect your sauna upon delivery. If damage is present:
- Note it on the delivery document
- Take clear photos
- Report it within 7 days
Claims Process
We’ll either:
- Repair the item or send necessary parts
- Replace the sauna with a new/equivalent unit
- Refund the purchase if repair/replacement isn’t possible
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel for a full refund before production begins
- Once production starts, no cancellations or refunds are possible due to the custom-built nature of the sauna
